Set up your iLab Account
You must have an iLab account before you can request a service. Click HERE and Sign Up for an account using your UCSF MyAccess credential; your PI/Lab Manager will receive a notification to approve your iLab account, and will need to grant access to the groups speedtypes as well.

To Request a Service in iLab Cryopreservation
- Log into iLab.
- Cryopreservation Core link.
- Go to "Request Services" tab and select the appropriate service.
- Fill out the form and all required fields and click "Submit Request to Core".

External Users
Registration Process for External Users
- Navigate to the following URL: https://ucsf.ilab.agilent.com/account/login
- Once on the iLab login page, select ‘Sign-Up’ in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select the option ‘Not a University of California San Francisco user?’
- If you do not have an iLab account already iLab will direct you to register.
- Note: If you are part of another institution that has an ID/SSO integration with iLab, you will be brought to their customized login page and process.
- Within the registration process you will provide general information about yourself, PI contact information, and billing information.
- For Group Associations > If there is a lead investigator with an iLab account under which you should be listed, search and select them here. If not, select ‘Create new’ and you will have your own lab to be used when requesting services.
- Billing: P.O, checks and Inter Campus Transfer (IOC) are acceptable forms of payment for external users.
